It’s partly the breadth of our experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of a variety of people processes across a spectrum of organisations in the corporate and public sectors. Andrew Munro

Our consultancy team is led by Andrew Munro (MA, C Psychol), who has over 20 years experience in talent management. Author of “Practical Succession Management: How to Future Proof Your Organisation”, Andrew has worked with over 200 organisations in the design and implementation of robust solutions – from designing recruitment processes for front line roles in retailing, coaching Chief Constables in team development, evaluating the effectiveness of testing the “knowledge” for London cabbies, to mapping Board succession in financial services.

Susanna Douglas-Mann

Susanna Douglas-Mann (BA, Dip LL) ) heads up our assessment activity, involved in the design and implementation of assessment and development centers as well as coordinating our practice in individual assessment.

Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones (BSc Hons) coordinates our survey projects. She has supervised survey design and implementation for a range of clients, including National Air Traffic Services, National Grid, KPMG, Kier Group. Michelle also manages the set up of on line interview tool kits.

Tony Day

Tony Day manages our consultancy support. With experience of planning and managing high volume and rapid turn-around projects for organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, DCSF, Pinsent Masons. Tony provides responsive support to ensure speed of project implementation.

Angela Skears

Angela Skears manages our 360 feedback activity, designing and managing bespoke systems against client requirements for organisations as varied as SAB Miller, Heidrick & Struggles,. Aintree NHS University Hospital. Angela also supports the implementation of client projects, from communication and launch through to trend analysis and evaluation.
